Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

Custom or personalized T-shirt designs (prints, special requests) may take an additional 2-4 business days before shipping.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Standard shipping rates start at $10.45 (U.S.), depending on weight/method.

Expedited/Express rates vary by destination and speed.

Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50.
International Shipping

Delivery to international addresses can take 10-30 business days, depending on the country and customs.

Customer is responsible for any customs/import duties/taxes charged by their country.

Shipping costs may increase for remote or hard-to-reach locations.
Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

For specific shipping methods/order thresholds, a signature may be required on delivery.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or lost items caused by an incorrect customer-provided address.
Undeliverable / Returned Orders

If a package is refused, returned, or undeliverable due to an invalid customer-provided address, we will notify you.

You may have to pay additional shipping fees to resend the order.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please get in touch with us within 3 days of the expected delivery date with photos (if damaged).

We will investigate with the carrier and either issue a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Peak Seasons & Holiday Delays

During peak periods (e.g. holidays, promotions) and bad weather, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend ordering early if you need a delivery by a specific date.
Changes or Cancellations

If you need to change the shipping address or cancel the order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, we cannot make changes.
