Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with ULIKENYC. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  •  You may request a return or refund within 30 days after the delivery date.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, unworn and in the same condition you received them.

  • With all original tags, labels, packaging, and any accessories.

  • Free from strong odors, pet hair, stains, or damage caused by misuse.

  • Custom / personalized products (custom prints, personalized designs, made-to-order garments) are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to size or style preferences. They are only eligible for refund / replacement if they are defective or we made an error (wrong print, wrong item etc.).

Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items

  • If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered (wrong size/style/color), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • You will be required to provide photographic evidence of the issue (photos of the damage, etc.).

  • We will, at our discretion, either issue a replacement, exchange, or full refund (including shipping if it was our fault).

How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Contact our Customer Support at [info@ulikenyc.com] (or via website contact form). Include: order number, item(s), reason for return, and photos if relevant.

  • Do not send the item back until you receive a return authorization and return instructions from us. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Shipping Costs & Responsibility

  • For returns due to our error (wrong item, defective, etc.), we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid shipping label.

  • For returns due to customer’s change of mind (size issues, decided you don’t like it, etc.), you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you via email whether the refund is approved or rejected.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval (depending on your bank).

  • If the original payment method is not available, we may issue store credit.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for size/style if items are eligible (unused, etc.).

  • If you want a different size, contact us with your order number and the item you’d like. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we can ship the replacement.

  • If the new item has a higher price, you will need to pay the difference; if lower, you will receive the difference (or store credit).

Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are processed / shipped. If you wish to cancel, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Once an order has shipped, we can’t cancel, but you can return it (subject to the above policy).

Refund & Return Exceptions

  • Sale items or items purchased during special promotions may be non-refundable or subject only to store credit.

  • Items that are used, washed, or altered will not be eligible.

  • Personalized / custom items are only eligible in cases of error or defect by ULIKENYC (not for change of mind).

Shirt Care

To extend the life of your shirts, wash them inside-out in cold water and line dry.
