We take pride in showing our products as accurately as possible through photos and descriptions. However, slight color or fit variations may occur depending on your screen or manufacturing batch.

Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
ULIKENYC reserves the right to update product prices at any time without prior notice.

Orders & Acceptance
After placing an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
This does not mean your order has been accepted — acceptance occurs when your order is processed and shipped.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, incorrect information, or stock issues.

Shipping & Delivery
We process and ship orders Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
Standard orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times depend on the carrier.
Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays due to carrier issues, customs, or weather events.
International Orders: Customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your ULIKENYC gear. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 daysof delivery.
Return Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• Sale or clearance items are final sale.

• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Cancellations & Order Changes
To cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
After that time, orders may already be in processing or shipped and cannot be changed.

All designs, logos, images, graphics, and written content on ULIKENYC.com are the intellectual property of ULIKENYC.
